Eplan 25% Urea is a urea-based hand and foot care product. Urea is an essential skin care ingredient, as its molecules penetrate deep into the epidermis to soften, moisturize, and accelerate skin regeneration.
This combination product is designed for daily and preventative care of dry, rough, and cracked skin on hands and feet.
With regular use, it restores skin softness and elasticity, prevents cracks, restores skin integrity, and enhances the skin’s protective functions. The 30-gram package allows for extended use.
Directions for Use and Dosage
Apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin on your hands or feet and massage in gently. Use once or several times daily as needed. For faster results, leave the product on overnight under cotton socks.

Hand and foot care for calluses, dry corns, cracked heels and fingers, and rough skin.
Ingredients
Triethylene glycol, urea, ethoxydiglycol, glycolane, glycerin, lactic acid, panthenol, perfume.
Special instructions
Avoid contact with eyes and mouth. In case of contact with eyes or mouth, rinse with water.
Appearance: Homogeneous liquid, transparent to light yellow in color, with a light, floral scent.

Chances are there wasn't collaboration, communication, and checkpoints, there wasn't a process agreed upon or specified with the granularity required.
