Exenza Zolmitriptan Nasal Spray
Exenza Zolmitriptan nasal spray 2.5 mg/dose bottle of 20 doses
The active ingredient of Exenza Nasal Spray is zolmitriptan 2.5 mg.
Excipients: anhydrous citric acid, dexpanthenol, benzalkonium chloride, disodium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, purified water.
Indications for Use Exenza Zolmitriptan nasal spray
Treatment (relief) of migraines with or without aura in adults, as well as for the treatment (relief) of acute cluster headaches in adults.
The drug reduces the degree of vasodilation. This, in turn, leads to headache relief and other attack symptoms, such as:
feeling unwell (nausea or vomiting) and increased sensitivity to light and sounds during a migraine attack,
lacrimation and redness of the eye (conjunctival injection), as well as discharge and nasal congestion on the side of the headache during a cluster headache attack.
The drug is effective only after a migraine or cluster headache attack has already begun.
Directions for Use Exenza Zolmitriptan nasal spray
Always use this medication exactly as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. If in doubt, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Exenza is not indicated for the prevention of migraine or cluster headaches.
Migraine Treatment
The recommended dose for treating a migraine attack is 2.5 mg or 5 mg. For patients who do not achieve a satisfactory response with 2.5 mg, a 5 mg dose may be effective for subsequent attacks.
It is preferable to take Exenza as soon as possible after the onset of a migraine headache, but the drug is also effective when taken later.
Cluster Headache Treatment
The recommended dose for treating a cluster headache attack is 5 mg or 10 mg. For patients who do not achieve a satisfactory response with 5 mg, a 10 mg dose may be effective for subsequent attacks.
The total daily dose should not exceed 10 mg, therefore, no more than 4 doses of zolmitriptan 2.5 mg or 2 doses of zolmitriptan 5 mg should be taken in any 24-hour period.
Administration
Intranasally (by spraying into the nose).
Before using Exenza, clear your nostrils (gently blow your nose).
Before using Exenza for the first time, press the sprayer several times, directing the spray into the air until a uniform mist forms.
If more than four weeks have passed since the last use, the first spray should be directed into the air to prevent underdosing. Store the bottle with the cap tightly closed between uses.
When using, hold the bottle with the sprayer facing upward. Tilt your head slightly forward, insert the sprayer into one nostril, tilting the tip of the sprayer slightly away from the center of the nose, and press once. Repeat with the other nostril if necessary.
Single or multiple sprays can be administered in either nostril.

Chances are there wasn't collaboration, communication, and checkpoints, there wasn't a process agreed upon or specified with the granularity required. It's content strategy gone awry right from the start. Forswearing the use of Lorem Ipsum wouldn't have helped, won't help now. It's like saying you're a bad designer, use less bold text, don't use italics in every other paragraph. True enough, but that's not all that it takes to get things back on track.
The villagers are out there with a vengeance to get that Frankenstein
You made all the required mock ups for commissioned layout, got all the approvals, built a tested code base or had them built, you decided on a content management system, got a license for it or adapted:
- The toppings you may chose for that TV dinner pizza slice when you forgot to shop for foods, the paint you may slap on your face to impress the new boss is your business.
- But what about your daily bread? Design comps, layouts, wireframes—will your clients accept that you go about things the facile way?
- Authorities in our business will tell in no uncertain terms that Lorem Ipsum is that huge, huge no no to forswear forever.
- Not so fast, I'd say, there are some redeeming factors in favor of greeking text, as its use is merely the symptom of a worse problem to take into consideration.
- Websites in professional use templating systems.
- Commercial publishing platforms and content management systems ensure that you can show different text, different data using the same template.
- When it's about controlling hundreds of articles, product pages for web shops, or user profiles in social networks, all of them potentially with different sizes, formats, rules for differing elements things can break, designs agreed upon can have unintended consequences and look much different than expected.
This is quite a problem to solve, but just doing without greeking text won't fix it. Using test items of real content and data in designs will help, but there's no guarantee that every oddity will be found and corrected. Do you want to be sure? Then a prototype or beta site with real content published from the real CMS is needed—but you’re not going that far until you go through an initial design cycle.
